If you receive goods "Dead On Arrival", please quickly inform your package carrier, because all goods are insured, in the case of postal service, please inform us immediately.
30-day free replacement warranty covers any defect of parts, LNBF, switch, receiver that we sell, within 30 days from invoice date, we will quickly replace your defect parts. We'll pay the shipping to you, and you are responsible for the shipping charges of sending defect parts back to us to prevent from incurring extra charges.
